So many of us struggle with not feeling good enough – not fit enough, sexy enough, beautiful enough, clever enough…
It all boils down to feeling like we don’t measure up to an impossible and unrealistic beauty standard designed to keep us trapped feeling small.
I built Embodied Art Boudoir to be a space all about embracing & celebrating yourself as you are.
Seeing you are beautiful, powerful, and worthy of love & joy.
This is a space to come back to your body & feel at home in your skin. Your body is your one and only companion from birth to death, who will be with you from the beginning to the end.
It’s time to see YOU are perfect just the way you are right now, imperfections and all.
There’s nothing you need to change about yourself to be worthy of love, respect, celebration, and joy.

I know you might struggle to see it sometimes, but I can see it clearly. You are SO much more stunning & magical than you realize.

To show you this side of you that you may have never seen before – the sexy side, the joyful side, the soft & vulnerable side, the badass side. To show you how beautiful you are on the outside, and the inside.
Through mindful breathing, meditation, and intention – I’ll guide you through a journey deep into your body & heart.
I’m here to support your growth in this process – from discovering your intention, to applying it to your photoshoot & viewing session.
And I want to make it fun – because self-love is an absolute delight.
