From Start To Finish CELEBRATIONS

When you decide to sign up for a boudoir photoshoot, it’s gone time. It’s time to start sprinkling joy & celebration into your day, getting you ready for the big day. 

How is that possible!? 

Well,  firstly, you will receive a TON of interesting & practical information from me leading up to the big day. When you review it, why not make it a THING? Pour yourself your fave drink, slip into something comfortable & get cozy with a relaxing playlist in the background.

After gathering intel (which I hope will already soothe any nerves), you can consider setting intentions for your photoshoot. 

By setting intentions, you empower yourself to actively shape your shoot, rather than merely observing it unfold. Embracing intentionality means engaging with it on your terms. The right intentions can maximize the experience, allowing you to walk away feeling empowered, invigorated, & brimming with a newfound passion for life. 

I invite you to consider setting intentions that match your journey, where you are on it! Perhaps you wish to focus on your body’s acceptance/love/neutrality. Or maybe you want to focus on overcoming scary things! There is no wrong intention. Here are some suggestions: 

• I will control what I can control 
• I intend to embrace all that I am 
• I intend to embrace this new experience with positivity & joy 
• I intend to be my most authentic self 

On the day of your shoot, you will enjoy a professional makeup artist & hairstylist, who will accentuate your facial features. You will have fun getting ready (one of the best parts of any event, let’s be honest) before putting on the outfit of your choice! Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to wear lingerie or be naked for your shoot. You can wear whatever makes you feel good!! Just make sure it feels you well & makes you feel sexy & fine. 

The stronger you feel, the more confidence you will have & the inner transformation can begin, rather than *just* external validation. 

We will also do an empowering meditation, which helps to focus energy on your body, to prepare you for what is to come. I’ll lead it — so no pressure. 

Throughout the photoshoot, we will celebrate!  I will be your number 1 hype girl, not only cheering you on, & showing you jaw-dropping pictures of yourself, but also offering practical advice & support on how to pose to help you feel your best! 

Boudoir Photography as a Tool for Embodiment 

Whatever mean things your mind tries to tell you about yourself is not rooted in fact. It is not rooted in reality. It is rooted in conscious & unconscious events, facts & things that have helped formulate these untrue things about yourself. What is truth & reality — your body & how it feels? Boudoir photography with EAB is a mindfulness tool that helps you root yourself in your body, accepting that as the truth—your truth. 

Boudoir photography uniquely captures emotions & narratives. It is a way to feel your best, more powerful self as you connect to your body. 

By doing the hard, scary thing (the photo shoot), you are sure to boost your self-confidence through vulnerability, embracing the beauty of imperfections & stepping out of your comfort zone as an act of courage.

Share your boudoir journey 

After the big day, why do the celebrations need to stop?!

The photos we take of you commemorate your incredible body & spirit, in all of your splendor, at that exact moment. Following your shoot, we will go through the images together in a private viewing, where you can see a stunning slideshow of some of my favorite shots from your shoot, a custom album I pre-designed just for you, & can even show you mockups of what the images would look like displayed in your home as wall art! 

I want even the viewing process to be FUN & feel like an event. It should make you feel so special, like the #1 priority you are!

Then you can pick what products you wish to purchase, to keep your images close by, so you can remind yourself of your power day after day— especially useful for those harder days. 

The Collections (which are offered a la carte if you only want a single item) include albums, wall art, digital images, & other artwork products. 

There are four main product options:

1. Albums

Albums are the most popular option to opt for.  Albums feature a generous number of images, ranging from 20 – 40. You can select your preferred size, which is offered from 8×8 to 12×12. You can even select your album cover material. 

2. Wall Art

Why not display your art as wall art!?  Wall art is offered in either acrylic or metal prints & ranges in size from 8×12 to 40×60, for a real statement.  

3. Folio Boxes

Folio boxes are a cool way to display between 10-20 prints, in fine matte!

4. Digital Images

All of my Collections include either a full or partial set of digital images! & you can even get a bonus mobile app to show them off on the go 😉

I also offer many bonuses for those who purchase a Collection! These are complimentary! Depending on which Collection you choose, you can choose 1-3 Bonuses that are additional such as Instant Polaroid prints, diamond block prints—& more! 

Afterglow 

After your shoot matters! You will be flying high, feeling the impact of your photoshoot. I suggest you lean into your personality & embrace either alone time or get together with your people. 

Another way to continue the celebration is to meditate, journal or discuss how the journey has impacted your self-confidence. Chat with people in your life to highlight the experience, while encouraging loved ones to embrace their journeys! Share the love — or maybe you will enjoy a boudoir party when you can do this with your fave woman in your life. 

Then, figure out a way that works for you to continue the celebration with your newfound confidence, self-care practices, & set future milestones in your ongoing journey of acceptance!
