#1  Book your pre shoot consultation: This is your chance to get ALL your questions answered & review outfits before your shoot! The pre shoot consultation helps you feel fully prepared for the experience.

#2  Make a playlist of high vibe music: Oh yeah, everyone has a playlist. Don’t be shy! This is your time to shine baby! It’s time to bring together your pump up songs, the ones that get you groovin’, shakin’, and feelin’ yourself.

#3 Dress up: Pick outfits that make you feel like a badass! And they gotta fit too! If it’s too tight, you might feel uncomfortable and straps can leave marks on your skin. Too big can look baggy and unsupportive. Before your boudoir photoshoot is the perfect time to get fitted for a new bra if it’s been a couple years (or kids) since you last got fitted.

#4 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!! Help your skin look it’s best by drinking lots of water and using hydrating lotion for the whole week before your shoot. Try to avoid drinking alcohol.
