Here’s How it Works

When you refer a friend, and they book a session with us, you both will receive $250 in studio credit! 

It’s totally possible to get an album from your session totally for FREE with the referral program!

Your friend receives $250 off their Boudoir Session Fee – their credits get them 50% off the Session Fee!

Your studio credits will become active after your friend’s Viewing & Ordering Session.

There is NO LIMIT to the amount of referral credit you can receive and your credit NEVER expires. This is my way of sharing my gratitude with you! 

Simply tell your friend to mention your name during the INQUIRY process, before paying the session fee, in order to qualify for the referral program!

Using Your Referral Credits

You have three options to redeem your referral credits:

  1. Save money on your next session at Embodied Art Boudoir. Referral credits can be applied toward Session Fee and/or Artwork.
  2. Any previously purchased images can be used to buy Metal Wall Art, Diamond Blocks, or fun bonus items like the Peep Show or Instant Photos.
  3. Use your referral credits to pay for Artwork from another photography service offered at Embodied Art Boudoir, such as headshots.

Referral Credits cannot be combined with other promotions.

Want Your Own Referral Cards?

I am so excited to give you the option for your own, customized referral cards! They come printed on velvety-rich paper, with one of your images on the back and the $250 voucher on the other. 

While you don’t “need” referral cards to send/receive referral credit, it is definitely a nice gesture to hand your friend a $250 gift! 

Do you want your very own referral cards? Send me an email at gabby @ embodiedartboudoir.com (remove the spaces) with the image you want to use for your referral cards. 

Don’t have your images back yet? No worries! You can either describe which image you’d like to use, or just let me choose! I will choose a conservative image you wouldn’t mind falling out of your purse.

I order Referral Cards twice a year, so I’ll let you know when I’m ordering yours!

Record a video testimonial, between 1-3 mins, talking about your experience and potentially showing off your new Artwork! +$100 Credit (Limit $100)

Once you complete any of these tasks, send me a quick email letting me know what you’ve done so that I can make sure you receive your credit!

But don’t wait, because you have only 60 days from your session date to complete these tasks before the bonus credit offers run out!!

Just think – if you complete all of them – you’ll have $380 in credit and you haven’t even referred anyone yet!!

Terms & Conditions

A client may only cite one person as their “referrer”, referral credit may not be split between two persons. Referral credit may not be transferred to another person. Referral credit does not expire as long as Embodied Art Boudoir is offering Boudoir Sessions. The “referral” aka new client must cite “referrer” aka past client as referral prior to paying session fee. If no referral name is provided before booking, no referral credit will be dispersed to either party. Referral credit has no cash value, and may not be combined with any other sales, specials, offers, or bonuses. Referrals count toward Studio Credit after the program launch on June 6 2024.

There are NO limits to how many referral credits you can earn from referring your friends. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. You can potentially have your whole Session Fee & even Artwork paid for using referral credits!

No, your referral credits never expire, as long as Embodied Art Boudoir is offering Boudoir Session!

  1. You can use your referral credits toward your next Boudoir Session. They can be applied to your Session Fee and/or Artwork. 
  2. You can use your referral credits to purchase Wall Art or other additional Artwork from images you purchased from your Session, subject to pricing at the time of redemption. 
  3. You can use your referral credits to pay for Artwork from another photography service offered at Embodied Art Boudoir, such as headshots or limited edition photoshoots. In that case, referral credits cannot apply to the Session Fee, just the Artwork.

After your friend completes their Boudoir Session and Viewing & Ordering Session, your referral credits are activated. 

Your friend receives a $250 credit toward their Boudoir Session Fee – that’s a 50% discount on their Session Fee!

No, the referral credits cannot be used together with other promotions.
